1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from Graves & Waves ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our store. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. By using our site, you also acknowledge that Shopify's platform Terms of Service govern the infrastructure through which your purchase is processed.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from Graves & Waves. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. PRODUCTS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT

All apparel and branded goods sold through Graves & Waves are produced via print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment. As such:

  • Products are made to order and may not be available for immediate shipment.
  • Product colors, sizing, and print placement may vary slightly from images shown on the site due to the nature of POD manufacturing.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Graves & Waves makes no guarantee of continuous product availability.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical errors. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept all payment methods made available through our checkout.

5. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are made to order through our POD fulfillment partner, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been submitted and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Graves & Waves is not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout (e.g., incorrect address, size, or color selection).

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Graves & Waves is not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partners, carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. 7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with our fulfillment partner to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including but not limited to the Graves & Waves name, logo, brand identity, graphics, product designs, artwork, copy, and imagery — is the exclusive intellectual property of Graves & Waves and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of our content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our brand assets may result in legal action.

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graves & Waves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
